Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information SemiMarketing collects through semimarketing.com, how we use it and the choices you have. SemiMarketing is a sole proprietorship run by David Gonzales and registered in the Philippines. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

• Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, website and anything you write in your message. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send and your contact details.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
• Cookies. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The site may set essential cookies it needs to work. If we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy first.

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare your free snapshot
• To provide and manage our services if we work together
• To keep business, tax and legal records
• To protect the site from spam and abuse

We don’t sell your personal information, and we won’t add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Only service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need:

• Namecheap, for website hosting
• Google Workspace, for email
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Our providers may store and process data in other countries, including the United States. We only use established providers with appropriate security measures in place.

We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact. If we work together, we keep client records for the length of the engagement and as long as tax and legal rules require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

The whole site runs on HTTPS, access to your information is limited to the founder, and we use reputable providers with strong security. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email david@semimarketing.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

If you’re in the Philippines, you can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). If you’re elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your local laws, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
